Property Litigation Solicitor

A great opportunity has arisen with this national market leading provider of legal services to the healthcare sector, to join the property litigation team in its North Yorkshire office. The firm focuses on providing legal services to four main sectors - health & social care, charities and third sector, professionals and real estate.

The 2-partner property litigation team, which forms part of the commercial dispute resolution team, also works closely with the real estate team, and deals with all aspects of commercial property disputes, including estate management work, possession actions, s25 lease renewal issues, injunctions to enforce covenants, boundary disputes, Party Wall Act matters and general property disputes.

They are now looking to recruit a junior solicitor to join the team. You will either be a newly qualified or soon-to-qualify solicitor with a solid grounding in property litigation matters, or a solicitor with up to two years' PQE in this area.

The firm offers competitive salaries along with a friendly collegiate work environment and the sensible work-life balance we have come to expect from the mid-market nationals.
