Property Litigation Solicitor - Sheffield

A large national commercial firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Sheffield office on a 12 month fixed term basis.

This large property litigation team undertake a broad range of commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, on behalf of retailers, developers, investors, financial institutions, educational establishments, charities, property managers, leaseholders and commercial tenants.

The team work closely alongside the firms real estate team on large scale projects, including dealing with high value, complex disputes involving multi disciplinary teams. The team handle a wide range of commercial and residential property litigation matters. There will be a particular focus towards commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation and you will be acting for a diverse client base to include investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers managing their national property portfolios.

You will be an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor. You will ideally have between 3-6 years' PQE in Property Litigation, although candidates with more or less experience will be considered on their merits. You will ideally have experience of residential landlord and tenant possession matters, as well as business lease renewals.
