Conveyancing Assistant-Bradford

Top 100 Yorkshire based commercial law firm is recruiting a conveyancer to join its Bradford office.

The firm is a Legal 500 listed, award winning law firm with a highly regarded and reputable residential property department. With awards to include the Prestigious Business of the Year Award and several others, this modern law firm with its traditional values is now recruiting a residential conveyancer.

The role will involve assisting a fee earner on a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion to include;

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
* Auction properties

It is essential that you have proven experience of assisting with all aspects of a residential conveyancing caseload. Must have experience in sale and purchase.
