BCL Legal is excited to be working alongside this genuinely passionate and ethically sound firm. They love the work they do and how that work makes a real impact to the world around us. The firm has an excellent reputation built upon long term relationships and outstanding client service and there is a requirement at present for the real estate team to be bolstered by a mid level real estate solicitor with at least two years' post qualification experience.

The team act on multi-million pound complex development and property funding projects, particularly those that require innovative and cutting edge solutions.

The successful real estate solicitor will also gain experience in joint ventures and portfolio acquisitions and disposals.

The ability to build and maintain strong relationships is a requirement of the successful real estate solicitor, particularly at the higher end of the pqe bracket. At the more junior end you should have a strong interest in networking and enjoy client contact.

Ideally, you will have a background in residential development work, ideally for housing association clients.
