BCL Legal have been instructed by a well known Staffordshire based law firm to add a Residential Property Solicitor to their vibrant and rapidly growing Stafford office, the firm has offices across Staffordshire.

This leading Staffordshire firm is one of the most successful in the area who are well known for their first class client care, you will be joining a team in which provides great support and the opportunity to work on a mixed breadth of residential property legal matters. You will join a dynamic team of residential conveyancers working on behalf of a varied regional client base.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

- Have a minimum of three years residential conveyancing fee earning experience, running their own caseload, unaided.
- Understand the conveyancing transaction processes from initial instruction through to completion.
- Be a positive and tenacious conveyancer who thrives in a fast pace environment and values a team spirited environment.
