Commercial Litigation Solicitor.

Commercial Litigation Solicitor. A reputable West Midlands based practice has a new opening for an experienced commercial litigation solicitor to join their Black Country office as part of the firms reputable commercial litigation team. As an experienced commercial litigation solicitor you will maintain your own case load as well as playing an integral part in the future development of the commercial litigation team.

The case load on offer will be broad and mixed to include contractual disputes, shareholders disputes, contentious probate and property litigation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial litigation solicitor who can demonstrate at least three years' fee earning experience. You will be able to show business development skills and be commercially aware.
