Description

This highly regarded City practice are seeking a real estate solicitor to join their site acquisition and development projects team in London. Working as part of the site acquisition and development team you will give advice on a range of matters, including draft s106's, conditional contracts, development agreements and potential title problems through to legal completion. You will assist with the management and development of junior fee earners and will also work closely with a partner within the team.

Applications are invited from UK qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualified experience within Real Estate. You must be able to demonstrate experience of site acquisition and development work as well as being able to evidence a strong academic track record and a commercially aware, pro-active approach to client care. Candidates with familiarity of Registered Providers will be preferred, but this is not essential.
