Professional Indemnity Solicitor

This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join a genuinely lovely Manchester professional indemnity team who handle excellent quality work. The team have a proven track record of supporting and developing junior solicitors, and confidently nurture its junior fee earners to the next level of their career.

The professional indemnity team are highly experienced in defending professional negligence claims against solicitors, barristers, architects, engineers, accountants, surveyors and brokers. They also specialise in policy coverage matters and have a niche in construction claims.

The ideal candidate will be training or will have just qualified at a defendant insurance practice. It is extremely desirable to have experience of defending professional negligence claims against professionals, but the firm offer excellent training and have recruited candidates from a claimant professional indemnity background in the past. They will also consider applications from strong commercial litigators. A good academic record is an essential requirement as is an enthusiastic outlook.
