Residential Property Solicitor

BCL Legal are currently assisting a leading regional firm with the recruitment of a residential property solicitor to join their busy conveyancing department based in Oxford. Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced fee earners are all encouraged to apply with the successful applicant having the opportunity to join a well established and reputable firm.

Based in Oxford, the successful candidate will be required to manage a high quality caseload of residential matters. Caseloads will include all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial inception through to post completion dealing with such matters as:

- Sale/purchase transactions
- Transfer of Equity
- Re-mortgages
- Residential landlord and tenant matters
- High net worth work including matters involving private clients and national charities
