Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

BCL Legal are currently assisting a full service leading law firm with the recruitment of a residential conveyancing solicitor. With a competitive remuneration package, responsibility for a high value residential property caseload as well as the chance to take part in business development activities this is a fantastic opportunity for a residential property solicitor to establish themselves in a successful and well regarded team.

Based in Chelmsford the successful applicant will be responsible for managing a caseload of high net worth residential matters. Caseloads will include all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial inception through to post completion managing such matters as:

* Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages
* Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing
* Transfers of Equity
* Equity Release Schemes
* Leasehold Enfranchisement
* Acquisitions of land or property for development
