Residential Conveyancer - Purchaser, Quinton Birmingham.

Regionally acclaimed and friendly full service firm is keen to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their new build plot conveyancing team in Quinton.

The team is a very well established new build team who have experienced huge growth and thus are keen to further grow through the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancer to work on behalf of the purchaser for new build property transactions, you will have the advantage of working alongside a well known and highly respected Partner.

Solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers and paralegals are asked to apply. Ideally you will have gained a minimum of 3 years fee earning experience in acting for the purchaser for new build conveyancing purchases, this is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property fee earner to work within a close knit and highly supportive team, playing an important part in this rapidly growing and successful department which also offers an excellent work/life balance.
