Residential Conveyancer - Bromsgrove.

Are you a South Birmingham local? Do you seek a peaceful commute and more relaxed location that is a short distance from the city centre of Birmingham opposed to having the stress of rush hour and city centre commute?

BCL Legal have been instructed to find a residential conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years fee earning experience to join a well established, regionally recognised multi - practice firm based in Bromsgrove.

This role would suit a residential conveyancer who can confidently handle a full and varied transactional residential property caseload from instruction through to post completion, totally unaided. The caseload will have a plot & new build development focus but will also have a general residential conveyancing aspect to the caseload. It is essential that the chosen candidate has a real thirst to ensure a first class service for clients as maintaining client relationships is a fundamental to maintaining this well established caseload.

Transactions to include;

* sales & purchases freehold and leasehold
* new build / plot transactions - acting for purchaser and developer
* transfers of equity, re-mortgages and high net worth properties
