Legal Recruitment Administrator

Established in 2003 BCL Legal is a specialist legal recruitment consultancy working with private practice law firms and in-house legal teams throughout the UK. Initially launched in Manchester, our success has allowed us to expand; our team of almost 60 cover locations in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, the North East, the Midlands, Bristol and the South West as well as London.

Our Birmingham office has continued to see tremendous growth and success. In order to support this ongoing activity and our future plans, we are seeking to appoint a recruitment administrator to be located at our Birmingham office.

Day to day responsibilities will include supporting all aspects of recruitment administration, including: candidate and some client management, advert posting, managing CVs and IT support. In addition, you would be expected to manage consultants' diaries, arrange meetings, interviews, events and travel. You may even be asked to do some basic research - generally providing all necessary support to consultants growing some of the most important areas of our business.

We are a forward thinking business with a progressive marketing and PR function, easy access Cloud computing system for remote access, dedicated in-house training and amazing quarterly and annual incentives.

As the successful recruitment administrator you will have:-

A methodical and organised approach
Strong communication skills
Previous office administration experience
IT skills
Attention to detail
A positive 'can do' attitude
A willingness to 'put in that extra mile'
