Contentious Probate Solicitor

If you are after a fantastic opportunity to build a contentious probate practice with the backing of a national firm, then this is the role for you! A national practice and one of the UK's top 100 law firms is seeking to recruit a senior contentious probate solicitor to bolster its already impressive reputation in Milton Keynes and Northampton, and across Buckinghamshire! This is a senior appointment.

Working within the large dispute resolution team, alongside recognised individuals in the market, you will have access to a range of contentious probate and trusts related disputes including advising trustees, executors, beneficiaries and charities on the resolution of disputes. The work will involve leading litigation in Trust disputes, probate disputes, Inheritance Act claims in addition to contentious Court of Protection matters.
