Commercial Property Solicitor

A reputable and longstanding large practice in Cambridge is seeking a senior commercial property solicitor to join the already reputable team. The commercial property team is highly personable and consists of hand picked experts in the field dealing with a range of different legal issues within the real estate sector.

The work within the team consists of acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant, collateral warranties, construction, development, planning, property litigation, insolvency and finance as well as very niche renewal energy projects. The team has a real understanding of commercial risks and have years of experience under their belt to work with.

You will be ideally over two years PQE specialising in commercial property. This role is open to solicitors and legal executives with the requisite experience. There are lots of very complex transactions at present for you to undertake and therefore you will need a high level of technical knowledge.
