Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor - 6month FTC

A social and healthcare solicitor with experience of handling social/healthcare work is required for this leading healthcare practice in Bristol on a 6 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, but there is a possibility of making the position permanent.

You will have demonstrable experience of social and healthcare advisory work on behalf of a range of social, healthcare and private sector healthcare clients. If you have had experience of working on behalf local authorities you would be of particular interest to this firm in Bristol.

You will ideally have minimum 1 years experience of handling your own social/healthcare work or alternatively have handled mental health, Human Rights Act issues, inquests etc. A good understanding of the NHS would be expected, ideally with previous experience from an NHSR panel firm. The healthcare sector is complex and political. You will be expected to advise a range of healthcare clients on various technical aspects of inquest related work and to undertake healthcare related legal research.
