Property Litigation Solicitor

Property Litigation Solicitor. BCL Legal is working with a highly reputable practice in East Anglia, who have been providing expert advice to a range of clients over a number of years. This opportunity for a property litigation solicitor to join the team in Ipswich comes with the chance to work with clients nationally and internationally on property litigation and disputes.

This Legal 500 ranked dispute resolution team provides advice on the full range of property disputes helping clients to achieve commercial outcomes which are the best for them. Working closely with the property team, you will sit with Chambers and Partners ranked individuals working on high quality pieces of litigation. This is a junior position and therefore plenty of training and support is on offer.

You will be ideally between NQ and five years PQE. You will have strong property litigation experience gained at a reputable practice, or be a strong commercial litigation with an understanding of property litigation and a demonstrable interested in the area. You will have a good academic record and be keen to get involved in promoting the team and department across East Anglia.
