This Top 50 law firm are seeking an NQ-2PQE real estate solicitor to work in their high profile residential development team. In this role you will focus on the full range of real estate work for a range of clients, including property management and development companies, house builders and government bodies.

This team has a national reach and pride themselves of being able to provide excellent advice and local market knowledge. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a real estate team that has experienced significant success and continues to invest in growth. The balance and structure of the team also allows for progression. The team is very friendly, down to earth and work closely as unit.

To be considered for this role you will be an NQ commercial property solicitor, ideally with some experience gained in investment sales and purchases, asset management and negotiating leases and agreements for lease for landlords and'/or tenants. NQ candidates must be able to evidence at least one Commercial Property seat during their training contract. Applicants should have a strong academic track record and you will be a confident communicator with some exposure to business development activities.
