Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner, Northallerton

Due to succession planning a well regarded Lexcel accredited regional firm is currently seeking an experienced private client solicitor or fee earner with 3 years experience to join the wills and probate team to be based at the Northallerton office. This opportunity offers the chance to join a team of specialist lawyers across all fields.

The wills and probate team consists of 4 experienced lawyers and they cover the full remit of matters for regional clients to include wills and estate planning, probate & administration of estates, trusts, advance directives, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection and Inheritance tax planning.

This is a great opportunity to join a well established firm with a family feel and there is also the ability to offer some flexibility with the standard 9am-5pm working hours. This is ideally a full time role; however the firm is also open to considering individuals who would prefer to work 3 or 4 days.
