Employment Solicitor. An employment solicitor is offered the opportunity to secure a position as an employment solicitor in a Bristol based Legal 500 ranked team. The role will suit an employment solicitor who is comfortable working on a mixed caseload of respondent and claimant matters and who wishes to progress their career as an employment solicitor with a reputable, long established law firm.
This is a strong, highly regarded employment law team that has significant experience advising respondent clients on discrimination, dismissal, redundancy, disciplinary and TUPE. In addition they offer to senior level and high net worth individuals, particularly in connection with post termination matters. The firm are known as an excellent employer who pride themselves on providing high levels of support to their staff and creating a superb working environment.
Applications are sought from qualified solicitors who can demonstrate post qualified experience equivalent to 1-3 years' PQE in employment law. This will ideally include advising respondent clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. In addition the ideal candidate is likely to be personable, hard working and a real team player.
