• Law firm management & support, set up in 2011 after discussions with our clients and to ensure that we can provide everything that our clients recruit within a law firm
• Sectors covered are HR, Finance, Compliance, Ops and Practice Management, Facilities, PA, Secretarial and Administrative Support, IT and Marketing and BD, all the professions that make keep the heart of your firm beating
• I would like to think we have one of, if not THE, strongest legal databases of candidates in the UK, we are completely geared up to work with any vacancies within a law firm. As a business we are completely immersed in what’s happening in the legal sector, who people want to work for and why, what the must have skills are right now and what they will be in the future, I have 30 colleagues who speak to solicitors all day every day so our understanding of law firms is not diluted unlike those of our competitors whom a firm would traditionally call upon when recruiting a HR manager or an IT support analyst, for example, we understand that a Legal PA within a licensing department is very different from one within Employment when hiring our clients want someone who is able to add value from day one and has a familiarity with the process.
• Since launch we have had a great response from our candidates in terms of referrals and as we are successfully placing people into new positions that referral network just seems to keep growing and growing, that to me is the best feedback we could have asked for, if you hare happy to recommend us to someone else then we must be doing something right
• With many years’ experience in recruitment we are well placed to offer advice on your hiring needs within the business support function of your firm. We can look at flexible staffing options, perhaps interim cover or a fixed term contract to make sure we get the best person for the job. Ultimately that’s what it’s all about
