Terms and Conditions


  1. The Refer a Friend Scheme excludes candidates who are currently registered with BCL Legal.
  2. Your friend must have a minimum of 1 year post qualification experience.
  3. In order for you to qualify to receive a Refer a Friend bonus your friend must refer to the Refer a Friend Scheme, and include your name and their current job title and employer at the time of registration.
  4. Your friend must be placed in a permanent role within 12 months of registration.
  5. You will be entitled to receive your Refer a Friend gift after your friend has completed 12 weeks employment with their new employer.
  6. Only one Refer a Friend gift will be given to the first individual named on registration in respect of each placement.
  7. In the event of dispute, BCL Legal's decision is final.
  8. BCL Legal has the right to suspend or terminate the Refer a Friend Scheme at any time without notice.
