BCL Graduates – the dedicated department at BCL Legal that aims to help talented graduates to obtain their first step on the legal career ladder – has announced that it will be attending The University of Law London Leavers’ Fair on Monday 23rd June 2014.
The annual event, which will be taking place at the University’s building on Store Street in Central London, attracts several hundred students with the largest group coming from its Legal Practice Course. It has just under 500 full-time and approximately 730 part-time students on the LPC. In addition, it has around 140 full-time and 70 part-time students studying for the Bar Professional Training Course.
The BCL Graduates team – along with its BCL Legal colleagues – will have a stand at the fair and will be on hand to provide practical tips to attendees as well as updates on the current market and the job opportunities available.
Matthew Porter – manager at the firm’s London office – said: “We’re really excited to be visiting the University of Law again to meet the next wave of lawyers joining the profession. Being at the event allows us to share our knowledge and insight which we hope will be of real value.”
