BCL Legal – one of the leading legal recruitment businesses outside London – has been appointed by two of the UK’s best known companies to find and recruit high profile in-house lawyers. The new contracts are with Molson Coors (UK) – the UK’s largest brewer – and BAE Systems Saudi Arabia – the global defence and security company. The Molson Coors (UK) contract will see BCL Legal’s in-house team find a senior counsel with 10 years+ PQE who will be based at the company’s Burton-upon-Trent head office. The successful candidate will have responsibility for legal matters throughout the UK and internationally and be involved in all aspects of the business; from sales contracts to sponsorship agreements, global procurement initiatives to television advertising.
BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is responsible for all aspects of BAE Systems’ long-term presence in the Saudi Arabian home market. Working in partnership with its customers and Saudi industry, it provides cost-effective solutions supported by in-country management and technical capabilities. The business employs around 5,000 people in eight locations in Saudi Arabia and one location in the UK. The job will involve – amongst other things – the provision of commercial, contractual and regulatory advice that will assist the business achieve its objectives and to enhance and protect shareholder value.
