BCL Legal has been exclusively appointed by UTC Aerospace Systems which is one of the world’s largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defence products. BCL Legal’s in-house team has been retained to find an intellectual property lawyer who will be based in the West Midlands.
UTC Aerospace Systems was formed in 2012 after two industry leaders – Hamilton Sundstrand and Goodrich – combined and the organisation now has key positions on a wide range of aircraft flying today and substantial content on various UAVs, satellites, ground and naval vehicles. Its customers include original equipment manufacturers that build aircraft and helicopters, engine manufacturers, and airlines, as well as defence agencies and contractors.
