“Appointing OBI was a great decision as it enabled us to benefit from their integrated and seamless approach throughout the entire process. The OBI team took time to understand our business and their advice has been first class whether it be on the acquisition itself, the interior design or management of the fit out. The office includes a front of house client area and learning suite in addition to a lounge area for employees and a gym.”
James Scott, Workplace Consultant at OBI Property said: “Lancaster Buildings have some beautiful original period features which we wanted the design to complement. We’ve really enjoyed working with BCL Legal on this project and I am delighted that we have produced a stunning new workspace to support the growth of the business. This job is a perfect illustration of the “OBI difference” which involves us dealing with every step of a client’s project from the identification of a building through to the delivery of the finished office.”
