BCL Legal purchases two floors at Lancaster Buildings, 77 Deansgate, Manchester

BCL Legal has announced today it has purchased the long leasehold interest of both the second and third floors of Lancaster Buildings, 77 Deansgate in Manchester, totalling 13,448 sq ft. BCL Legal will be occupying 7,308 sq ft on the third floor.

OBI Property, which advised on the acquisition and also the interior design and project management of the fit out, will lease the remaining floor on behalf of BCL Legal, providing flexible work space from 500 sq ft up to 6,140 sq ft. Legal advice was provided by Thomas Pearson of JMW Solicitors.

BCL Legal employs 45 people at its new Manchester headquarters and also has offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and Reading. It has moved into the Lancaster Buildings as part of its ongoing expansion drive.
