BCL Legal is pleased to announce that it has found and placed two new regional relationship directors at QualitySolicitors.
Since its launch in 2008, QualitySolicitors has grown its network around the country and it now boasts 100 partner firms in 200 locations.
Sascia Elliott has joined as the regional relationship director for the North East, whilst Jillian Josephson has taken up the same role in the North West. Sascia has previously held positions at Spencer Wyatt LLP and at Carphone Warehouse. Jillian joins from DWF’s Manchester office.
Their remits include supporting and looking after the interests of existing QualitySolicitor partner firms as well as also bringing in new, like-minded, quality firms in order to grow the brand and its reach. The appointments demonstrate the company’s commitment to their existing firms and ensuring the right firms come on board.
Claire Smith, partner firm’s director at QualitySolicitors, commented: “As a business, it is vital for QualitySolicitors to support and add value to its partner firms; bringing in Sascia and Jillian is another example of that commitment. It’s vital for us to continue investing in our team for the universal benefit of each region we operate in. Both new members of the team have first class experience in the legal sector and I’m pleased to say that they are already making their mark.
Claire added: BCL Legal has a great reputation and its ability to find the best candidates is second to none.”
James Batt, managing director at BCL Legal, said: “QualitySolicitors is one of the UK’s most dynamic legal brands so this was an exciting and challenging brief. For us, it was all about working hard to find exactly the right candidates, who had the right skills and who were also the right cultural fit.”
