After being appointed by The Duchy of Lancaster a couple of months ago, BCL Legal can now confirm that Tim Crow has been made the organisation’s new head of legal services. Mr Crow is joining The Duchy from The Church Commission where he has worked since 2001. He will report to Paul Clarke – the Duchy’s CEO – and his role will involve both technical and ceremonial aspects, with an overall remit to oversee the performance of the external lawyers appointed by the Duchy Officers and Surveyors of Lands in the course of their commercial activities.
Mark Levine, director at BCL Legal commented; ‘Securing the Duchy contract was a real coup for us as a business so we knew it was essential that we sourced the very best candidate. Tim has fantastic experience and
credentials so I’m sure he will do an amazing job and we wish him all the very best.’
