Whilst Jon Gollaglee, a partner in the Regulatory Department, and Sian Wall, a senior associate in the same department, delivered an enforcement update which summarised the significant changes that are affecting companies today such as the new civil sanction regime for environmental offences.
Other topics covered included; ‘controlling social media in the workplace’, ‘10 tips for succesful outsourcing’ and ‘the secrets of a smooth liability free TUPE transfer’. Both days were chaired by Mark Levine – director of the in-house department at BCL Legal.
Mark commented; ‘The forum was a huge success and it was great to get such positive feedback from our delegates. We always try to ensure the topics are relevant and engaging which we will continue to do. Details of the next forum will be announced over the coming months so we look forward to welcoming and meeting more professionals.’
