BCL Legal to Sponsor The Law Firm Services Conveyancing Awards and Conference 2013

BCL Legal is delighted to announce its sponsorship of the 2013 LFS Conveyancing Awards and Conference which will be taking place at The Ricoh Arena in Coventry on 26th September.

The conference – which is in its fifth year – will bring together the cream of the UK’s conveyancing sector and will focus on how law firms interact with their clients. It will also look at ways of winning and keeping clients for the longer term, as well as the kinds of strategies firms can employ to keep ahead of new entrants coming into the legal services marketplace.

Confirmed speakers for the conference include; Justin Urquhart-Stewart from Seven Investment Management, Peter Rodd who is a Law Society Council member & Chair of the Property Section, Nick Larkins from Lloyds Banking Group and Anna Bradley from the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.
The day conference will then be followed by a sit down dinner and the awards ceremony. Gongs to be presented on the night will include; Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year, Best Use of Social Media, Best Young Conveyancer and Best Direct Conveyancing Firm.

Azara Roger, consultant at BCL Legal, commented; “The conference and awards are both fantastic platforms for the conveyancing sector to network and share ideas so we are delighted to be sponsoring them this year. There does seem to be some confidence returning and we are seeing a rise in the number of conveyancing positions from our clients. This – coupled with the news that the land registry is showing an increase in completions – is good news. Azara added; We hope our involvement demonstrates BCL Legal’s long-term commitment to the sector.”
