Following BCL Legal’s recent announcement that it placed a record number of candidates in the first three months of 2014, the firm took its entire workforce to Mallorca this weekend as a celebration and thank you. In April, the recruitment business posted a 44% rise in Q1 year on year candidate placements whilst the previous 18 months has also seen the opening of a new office in London as well as a series of appointments across its offices and divisions.
Nearly 50 employees – from the firm’s network of bases in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, Reading and Bristol – were taken on an all expenses paid trip to the stunning Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa. A full itinerary including a conference, gourmet meals, cruises and club nights was organised by the firm’s senior team. This isn’t the first time such a trip has been arranged – other destinations have included Barcelona and Marbella.
BCL Legal was established in 2003 and specialises in the placement of lawyers at all levels from paralegal to partner within the private practice and in-house sectors on both a permanent and temporary basis.
