BCL Legal was last night named 65th in the Sunday Times ‘Small Best Companies to Work For’ (50 to 250 employees) lists for 2016.
BCL Legal was awarded a three star accreditation (extraordinary) which is the top tier of the four available categories. The firm will now appear in The Sunday Times on 28th February as part of the paper’s Best Companies to Work For Supplement.
James Batt – managing director of BCL Legal – said: “This is the first year that we’ve entered so we’re all delighted with our position. However, we won’t be resting on our laurels as we’ll continue to nurture our team’s talent by providing the very best training and support.”
This is the annual ranking of the cream of Britain’s happy and motivated workforces. Its appearance each year is now a highly anticipated event in the business calendar.
The methods of data-gathering and analysis employed in the quest to find the country’s Best Companies to Work For mean that the lists are widely acknowledged as the most extensive research into employee engagement carried out in this country.
All the scores and ratings that are assessed to compile the lists are based on employee opinions, and each year the questionnaires are revised and updated to reflect current workplace concerns.
