The Law Firm Services Conveyancing Awards and Conference 2014 Toasts Cream of UK Conveyancing Community

The BCL Legal sponsored 2014 LFS Conveyancing Awards and Conference took place yesterday (24th September) at The Ricoh Arena in Coventry.

The conference – now in its sixth year – saw the cream of the UK’s conveyancing sector come together to tackle various topics that affect the market.

The day conference featured discussions including The Lender Debate which, for the first time, saw four of the country’s biggest lenders (Lloyds Banking Group, Santander, Nationwide Building Society & The Coventry Building Society) on stage. They described how they run their conveyancing panels and fight fraud. Delegates also heard from TV presenter Adam Shaw who presented the highly publicised programme Panorama: The Great House Price Bubble?

The day conference was then followed by a sit down dinner and the main awards ceremony. The full list of award winners is as follows:
