The Law Firm Services Conveyancing Awards and Conference 2015 Toasts Cream of UK Conveyancing Community

The BCL Legal sponsored 2015 LFS Conveyancing Awards and Conference took place on Thursday 17th September at MK Stadium in Milton Keynes.

The conference – now in its seventh year – saw the cream of the UK’s conveyancing sector come together to tackle various topics that affect the market.

The day conference kicked off with a welcome from Michael Day, MD of Integra Property Services followed by an insight into the current market and future of conveyancing from Richard Mathias, Sales Director at LFS and event organiser. Sessions were held by DC David Knowles of the Metropolitan Police who focused on identification fraud, Ben Harris Sales & Marketing Manager from TM Group outlined effective customer service and Gary Miller, Head of Channel at Groundsure shared vital information regarding current and proposed licence blocks within energy reports.

The day conference was then followed by a sit down dinner and the main awards ceremony. The full list of award winners is as follows:
