BCL Legal seeks conveyancers or legal professionals looking to re-train into conveyancing across Leicester, Northampton and Manchester.

Residential conveyancing transactions increased 12% in 2013 and forecasted for much the same in 2014. We are working with the leading residential conveyancing firm and the first business to gain an ABS licence in the UK. This organisation completes a conveyancing transaction every three minutes and currently handles over 37,000 cases. Their goal is to handle 100,000 by 2016. The business is looking to add 98 staff to its Manchester city centre operation this year. By the end of next year they are aiming to have an office of over 300 staff. With this comes some great opportunities for people to progress their careers.

The business offers an intensive training course in their own Training Academy which is regulated to provide the Cilex or licensed conveyancing qualification. After six to eight weeks you will be working as part of the conveyancing team handling live files and working with clients who need your support and a great service at a potentially stressful time in their lives.

Myhomemove really lives by its core values and the customer is truly at the heart of the organisation. If you have empathy, good IT skills, an interest in property and the conveyancing process and want to develop your use of database systems and case management you may be the kind of person this business is looking for.

They hold regular assessment days for graduates. Conveyancers who maybe switched disciplines back in 2008 who want to go back into this sector are very welcome, equally if you are a volume PI fee earner wanting to get out of PI this business is interested in talking to you. If you are interested in looking at this opportunity please contact Nick Carroll in complete confidence on 0845 241 0933 or by nickcarroll@bcllegal.com
