BCL legal Trainee Solicitor Roadshow

It’s that time of year again, the time of year when 2016 qualifiers will take that all important step into becoming a qualified solicitor. All the hard work finally pays off. This is, quite frankly one of the most important moves in your career, and we’re here to guide you through it.

Ever since BCL Legal was first established in 2003, we have recognised the importance of trainees and the need to support them during the early stages of their careers. The path to qualification can pose many challenges so we feel passionately that trainees should be able to tap into support that actually helps to both educate and inspire them in equal measure.

We will be holding our Trainee Solicitor Roadshow across Yorkshire & the North East throughout February and March and this tour will see us team up with some of the biggest and most respected law firms and in house legal teams across the region. We are delighted to be able to afford you the opportunity to hear tips and hints on how to progress your career from Jason Curtis General Counsel and Company Secretary at Mamas & Papas, Andrea Copley, Head of Corporate at Irwin Mitchell, George Bacon, Real Estate Partner at Eversheds and Suzanne Porter, Private Client Partner at Taylor & Emmett. In addition our experienced recruiters will give tailored advice on how to position yourself for a new role in an extremely competitive market. If you would like more personal advice or more information about our Roadshow get in touch, dates confirmed are below:

23rd February: Sheffield
10th March: Leeds
16th March: Newcastle

We really hope to see as many of you as possible over the coming weeks. The good news is that the market across a wide range of disciplines in Yorkshire & the North East is booming so there will be plenty to talk about!
