Demand is currently high for commercial property lawyers across firms in Yorkshire. With commercial property investment reaching a record high of almost £55bn in 2014, according to DTZ. Major deals took place in Yorkshire over 2014, with almost two thirds of Yorkshire’s deals being completed in the last half of 2014.
The Yorkshire market is said to have returned to its pre-financial crisis peak and this is clearly coming through as shown by the number of firms who are looking to recruit into their commercial property teams. 2015 is clearly the year of continued growth in real estate and for commercial property lawyers this means new opportunities.
