This month – The Elephant!

1. The Dominant Characteristics of an Elephant -
Accurate, details, sensitive, vulnerable

2. How they are perceived by others -
Nuisance, too many questions, indecisive, formal, problem creator, sensitive, closed, excuses, accurate, precise, reliable, honest, capable, logical, analytical.

3. How to address an Elephant -
Quietly, gently, details.

4. Mistakes -
Tell them and be honest, behind closed doors. Quiet, not enough just to point out the error. You have to show them how you got there.

5. Anger -
Hardly shows it. Promoters get them wild. Although the promoters explode, they don’t show it, but if they do they apologise and have good logical reasons.

6. How to acknowledge an Elephant -
Gently.

7. How to present change -
Give details and logically ask what you want.
