Freshfields has appointed three new global leaders. These are: Rick van Aerssen in corporate; Caroline Stroud in employment, pensions and benefits; and David Scott in the dispute resolution group.

Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that global chief executive Peter Martyr will continue as global chief executive for a further three year term. Martin Scott has also been confirmed as the new managing partner of the firm.
