Tom Shaw

Tom is a legal recruitment consultant in our in-house legal team. He works with in-house legal departments across the Midlands and Northern Home Counties, specialising in the recruitment of legal, contract, compliance and company secretarial professionals at all levels, on both a permanent and temporary basis.

Tom joined BCL Legal in 2018 following two years working as a Client Manager at a prominent sports agency. Prior to this, Tom graduated from University College London in 2014 with a BA in History before completing the GDL at the University of Law.

The in-house team is committed to helping develop the sector and the legal professionals who work within it. As part of this commitment, Tom and the team regularly run CPD accredited training courses in conjunction with leading law firms including Addleshaw Goddard, DLA Piper, EMW, Pinsent Masons and Shoosmiths. The courses range from legal updates to ‘softer skill’ developmental programmes.
