Grace graduated in 2012 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Law and Business Management and has over four years' recruitment experience within professional services. She successfully set up the private practice legal division of a Birmingham based national recruitment agency, recruiting solicitors into magic circle and national law firms across the Midlands before joining a Big Four accountancy firm where she successfully talent mapped and sourced mid to senior level candidates in London and across the UK regionally. 

Grace is based in the Birmingham office and specialises in the recruitment of Partners, Associates, Solicitors, NQs and Legal Executives into the contentious legal disciplines of Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation, Family Law, Employment Law and Private Client within private practice law firms across the East of England, to include Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and Sussex.
