Natalie began a career in recruitment as a trainee consultant in 2011 and developed her career through commercial and RPO practices. Natalie made the move from agency to in-house recruitment at the beginning of 2017. Most recently, Natalie specialised in recruiting senior business development and internal recruitment opportunities. She joined BCL Legal in 2018 as Talent Acquisition Manager.
