Victoria Moore heads up BCL Legal’s in-house Midlands and South West ‘division’ and has significant experience of placing in-house lawyers, company secretaries and compliance specialists with a wide variety of privately owned and listed organisations.
Victoria works with many of the leading businesses in the regions including Alliance Boots, Carlsberg, Compass Plc, Coventry Building Society, Europcar, Homeserve, Iron Mountain, Michelin, Molson Coors, National Grid, St Andrews Healthcare, TNT and Waterford Wedgewood.
Before joining BCL Legal in 2008, Victoria completed a Masters degree in Economics and International Relations and spent several years working as a corporate lawyer at Eversheds LLP. Victoria is incredibly knowledgeable of the market that she serves and has completed numerous client campaigns on time and on budget – as a result she has built a loyal client following over the years.
Victoria and the in-house team are committed to helping develop the sector and the legal professionals who work within it. As part of this commitment Victoria and the team regularly run CPD accredited training courses in conjunction with a range of Midlands leading organisations including Pinsent Masons, DLA Piper, Browne Jacobson and The C&I Group.
The courses range from legal updates to ‘softer skill’ developmental programmes. In the past ten years BCL Legal has become one of the leading legal recruitment consultancies and in that time the in-house team has placed over 500 legal and compliance professionals in-house.
