The importance of meeting your recruiter

Nobody knows your business better than you!

When we take a brief for a vacancy we make every effort to get to fully understand your requirements and the wider implications to the business. This is important for two reasons, firstly so we can make sure we are entering in to the process with all the information necessary to secure you candidates who are right for the role and secondly so that when we are speaking to candidates we are able to give them all the relevant information about the role and your business to enable them to make a fully informed decision.

We will always work hard and when we take details over the telephone we ensure we get all the necessary information on each and every job we work.

Even with this in mind there is still much to be said about meeting your recruiter. We want to build long and successful relationships working with you to grow your business. It is always nice to put a face to a name but not only that with a face to face meeting there is a much better opportunity for us to get to know you, get a feel for the business, the environment and take extra time in getting to know what it is that makes your business unique. In a candidate driven market it is these extra touches that can really make a difference.

This month I have met with five different clients, two of whom I have never met before and three which we have worked with regularly.  I have been able to have in depth discussions about changes to the business, future plans, current success stories and up to date news.

In a busy recruitment market keeping in touch with your client’s immediate needs is important but equally important is having one eye on the future and by taking that extra step and making the effort to meet with your recruiter you will ensure a long lasting and productive relationship.

Good communication yields good results!

We want to build relationships that last and we want to work hard for you and your business. If you are happy to take the time to meet with us we will no doubt leave armed with fresh and relevant information to pass on to our candidates.

If you take the time to meet with your recruiter you will find that the information given and relationships fostered can lead to a much more productive and successful recruitment process.

If you are looking to recruit in residential conveyancing give me a call on 0161 819 7492. I am more than happy to meet at your convenience in a place and at a time that suits you.
