Senior IP & Patent Litigator - Private Practice - City of London Tier 1, global, law firm has retained us to recruit a senior IP / Patent Litigator due to continued expansion. Their global reach ensures that they are well-placed to advise on complex multi-jurisdictional matters across a full range of legal disciplines. The firm has significant credentials in the technology, financial services, energy, infrastructure, real estate, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Services provided across these sectors include asset management and investment funds, corporate and M&A, commercial, competition, litigation and arbitration, banking, restructuring, insurance, regulatory, construction, projects, pensions, property, planning and environmental, procurement, outsourcing, employment, share plans and incentives, technology and tax advice. The Team The highly respected and experienced IP team which is one of the largest in the UK advising a wide range of life sciences, blue chip technology, manufacturing, and retail companies on business critical IP litigation to achieve market access and to maintain market positions, as well as all aspects of the exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights. The Role The firm is seeking an experienced litigator with a clear track record in Patents and IP disputes.
