Commercial Litigation - Senior Associate An excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to join a Legal 500 ranked commercial litigation team at this highly ranked national practice, in London. The commercial litigation team in London form an integral part of a national commercial litigation practice operating across the firm's four UK offices. The firm ranks as one of the top 100 in the UK. Due to continued success and strategic growth, the commercial litigation team is looking to bolster their offering with the addition of a senior associate in London. The successful commercial litigation lawyer will be joining a diverse practice operating across commercial sectors throughout the UK as well as working with clients in the education, healthcare, insurance, central and local government sectors. In this role your work will be broad to include: - Litigation - Defamation - Mediation - PFI disputes - Adjudication - Fraud recovery - Arbitration - Competition - Expert determinations - Contractual claims - Procurement disputes This position is ideally suited to commercial litigation lawyers with a minimum of four years' PQE. You may already be a senior associate looking for a change and a new challenge, or an associate seeking a step up.
