Banking Litigation - Senior Associate An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced banking litigation lawyer to join a top tier national practice, in London. This leading national practice ranks as one of the top 100 in the UK. The Legal 500 ranked banking litigation team in London forms an integral part of a national banking litigation practice operating across the firm's six UK offices, with an international reach. The successful banking litigation lawyer joining this banking litigation team in London will act for major UK banks, clearing banks, challenger banks, niche mortgage lenders, building societies, and international bank advising on the whole spectrum of contentious matters associated with investment, commercial, business, motor, and consumer finance. This will include complex disputes, group claims, unsecured and secured lending, large-scale regulatory investigations, projects involving mis-selling of financial products, and FCA investigations amongst broader banking litigation matters. This position is ideally suited to candidates in the senior associate spectrum with a minimum of six years' PQE. Candidates will have primarily gained experience in banking litigation, however candidates with a broader commercial litigation background that has given some experience in banking litigation are welcome and encouraged to apply.
