Commercial Litigation Associate We are working on an outstanding opportunity for a commercial litigation associate to join a specialist international litigation practice, in London. The firm ranks tier 1 in the Legal 500 for dispute resolution, and maintains an outstanding reputation both domestically and abroad. With offices in the UK, Europe, and United States with further close relationships with firms in other jurisdictions, the firm and in particular the commercial litigation team are able to work seamlessly on a global scale. The commercial litigation team in London, alongside their continental and US colleagues, act for clients across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, sports, global retail, multinational corporates, arts and culture, energy, hospitality and leisure, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, technology, and aerospace. The successful commercial litigation associate joining this outstanding commercial litigation practice will have the opportunity to undertake a broad range of commercial litigation matters, domestically and cross-border, which will include: - Corporate and commercial disputes - Professional negligence - Financial services and banking disputes - IP disputes - International arbitration - Insurance - Insolvency and restructuring - Securities and shareholder litigation - Directors duties and boardroom disputes - Civil fraud This position is ideally suited to commercial litigation associates between two and four years' PQE.
