Commercial Litigation Associate - International Practice
A commercial litigation associate is offered an excellent opportunity to join a top tier international practice in their thriving and growing commercial litigation team, in London.
The firm has offices in UK, United States, Canada, and Asia, offering their clients a global service at the highest level undertaking domestic and international matters across the financial services, technology, development and infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, energy and natural resources, food and agribusiness, aviation, hospitality, telecommunications, and media sectors.
The commercial litigation team in London is made up of three partners, one associate, and two trainees. While they are a comparatively small team, their continued success is helping them garner and maintain an outstanding reputation in the London and international legal markets. Due to this continued success, they are now seeking to bolster their offering with the addition of another associate.
The successful commercial litigation associate joining this team in London will undertake high value, complex, and often multi jurisdictional matters across the full spectrum of commercial litigation work, which will include:
- Contractual disputes
- Advising on issues arising under the UK Bribery Act
- Banking and financial services disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- International arbitration
- Fraud investigations
- Professional negligence
This position is ideally suited to commercial litigation associates between two and four years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:
- A strong academic background
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in commercial litigation
