Commercial Litigation Associate | 1-5 PQE | Tier 2 Offshore Magic Circle Firm | Jersey or Guernsey | Salary from £70k + relocation support An international offshore firm is looking to add to their Tier 2 ranked Dispute Resolution Team in either Jersey or Guernsey. The Firm: - Global, full-service offshore law firm, providing corporate, institutional and private clients with the market leading legal advice - Instructed by a wide range of financial institutions, fiduciary service providers, commercial entities and private individuals based worldwide - Consistently ranked as top tier firm in multiple offshore jurisdictions in leading legal directories The Role: - Broad practice spanning contentious trusts and insolvency, commercial litigation, fraud/ asset tracing and contentious regulatory matters - Supporting the partner(s) and taking principal responsibility as appropriate for cases involving a variety of contentious work - Work with a close knit team of experienced litigators providing invaluable hands on mentoring - Clear routes of progression - Top rate personal income tax of 20% - Hybrid working - Outstanding work/ life balance The Candidate: - UK or Commonwealth legal qualification - Relevant litigation experience - Good academic background - A client focused approach
